GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

I. SUBJECT Article 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between "Diva 691" Ltd., Plovdiv, st. Varshava 35, hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLIER, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as USERS, of the online store www.miraclecosmeticsworld.com, hereinafter referred to as the "ONLINE STORE".
II. SUPPLIER INFORMATION Article 2. Information in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and the Consumer Protection Act:

III. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONLINE STORE Article 3. The online store is accessible at www.miraclecosmeticsworld.com, where users can enter into contracts for the sale and delivery of goods offered by the ONLINE STORE, including the following:
Article 4. The Supplier delivers the goods and guarantees the rights of the Users, provided by law, within the framework of good faith, accepted practices, consumer, or commercial law standards and conditions.
Article 5. (1) Users enter into a contract for the purchase and sale of goods offered by the ONLINE STORE through the interface of the Supplier, accessible on the Supplier’s website or through another means of remote communication. (2) Under the contract concluded with the Users, the Supplier undertakes to deliver and transfer the ownership of the goods specified by the User through the interface. (3) Users pay the Supplier a remuneration for the delivered goods in accordance with the conditions set forth on the ONLINE STORE and these general terms and conditions. The remuneration is equal to the price announced by the Supplier at the address of the ONLINE STORE on the Internet. (4) The Supplier delivers the goods requested by the Users within the terms and conditions specified by the Supplier on the website of the online store and in accordance with these general terms and conditions. (5) The delivery cost is determined separately and explicitly from the price of the goods.
Article 6. (1) The User and the Supplier agree that all statements between them related to the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale may be carried out electronically and through electronic statements under the terms of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act and Article 11 of the Electronic Commerce Act. (2) It is assumed that the electronic statements made by the Users on the website are made by the persons specified in the data provided by the User when registering if the User has entered the corresponding name and password for access.
IV. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE Article 7. (1) To use the ONLINE STORE for entering into contracts for the sale of goods, the User must enter the username and password chosen by them for remote access, in cases where the online store requires registration. (2) The username and password for remote access are determined by the User through electronic registration on the Supplier's website. (3) By filling in their data and pressing the buttons "Yes, I accept" or "Register," the User declares that they are familiar with these general terms and conditions, agree with their content, and undertake to comply with them unconditionally. (4) The Supplier confirms the registration made by the User by sending a letter to the electronic address provided by the User, to which the information for activating the registration is also sent. The User confirms the registration and the conclusion of the contract by following the link in the letter informing them of the registration, sent by the Supplier. After confirmation, an account of the User is created, and contractual relations arise between the User and the Supplier. (5) When registering, the User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date data. The User must promptly update the data indicated in their registration in case of changes. (6) To use the full functionality of the Supplier's online store, the User is obliged to register on the online store's website. The Supplier is not responsible if the User, due to lack of registration, could not use the full functionality of the online store, including regarding the exercise of rights under the contract, the possibility of claiming a lower price, and other similar functions. (7) These general terms and conditions can be accepted by the Users without registration in the ONLINE STORE through an explicit declaration, including through the website of the ONLINE STORE.
Article 8. (1) The electronic address provided at the initial registration by the User, as well as any subsequent electronic address used for exchanging statements between the User and the Supplier, is the "Primary Electronic Address" under these general terms and conditions. The User has the right to change their Primary Contact Electronic Address. (2) Upon receipt of a request for a change of the Primary Contact Electronic Address, the Supplier sends a confirmation request. The confirmation request is sent by the Supplier to the new Primary Contact Electronic Address specified by the User. (3) The change of the Primary Contact Electronic Address is made after confirmation by the User, expressed through a link contained in the confirmation request sent by the Supplier to the new Primary Contact Electronic Address specified by the User. (4) The Supplier informs the User of the change through an electronic letter sent to the Primary Contact Electronic Address specified by the User before its change. (5) The Supplier is not responsible for any unauthorized change of the Primary Contact Electronic Address. (6) The Supplier may require the User to use the Primary Contact Electronic Address in specific cases.
V. TECHNICAL STEPS FOR CONCLUDING A PURCHASE CONTRACT Article 9. (1) Users primarily use the interface of the Supplier's website to enter into contracts for the sale of goods offered by the Supplier in the ONLINE STORE. (2) The contract is concluded in the Bulgarian language. (3) The contract between the Supplier and the User is these general terms and conditions, available on the ONLINE STORE website. (4) The party to the contract with the Supplier is the User according to the data provided during registration and contained in the User's personal profile. To avoid doubt, these are the data with which the account was created with the Supplier. (5) The Supplier includes technical means for identifying and correcting errors when entering information in the interface on its website before making a statement to conclude the contract. (6) This contract is considered concluded from the moment of registration of the User with the Supplier or acceptance of the general terms and conditions in another explicit way, including by declaration on the Supplier's website. The contract for the sale of goods is considered concluded from the moment of ordering by the User through the Supplier's interface. (7) The Supplier explicitly informs the User of the conclusion of this contract and of the conclusion of the sale contract through appropriate electronic means. (8) The statement to conclude the contract and its confirmation are considered received when their recipients have the possibility of access to them. (9) The Supplier delivers the goods to the address specified by the Users and is not responsible if the data provided by the Users is false or misleading.
